3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. tk399 will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately.

All activity conducted through your account — whether or not you authorised that activity — is your responsibility. Any wagers placed, winnings earned, or withdrawals processed through your account are final and binding unless there is clear evidence of technical error or fraud.

You agree not to:

• Access another player's account or attempt to do so under any circumstances.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

5. Bonuses and Promotions

• Attempting to exploit software bugs, system errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, match results in sports betting, or any other form of coordinated cheating.
• Registering multiple accounts in order to claim welcome bonuses or any other promotions more than once, or circumvent deposit/withdrawal or betting limits.
• Using the platform while in a self-exclusion period or after having been formally banned by tk399 or any related gaming platform.

tk399 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Any verified case of fraud or financial crime will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

In no event shall tk399's total liability to you for any loss or damage exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
